How do I return my items?

How long before my items are shipped?

Please allow 7-10 business days for items to be shipped. Once items are shipped to you, an email will be sent to the provided email address with a tracking number. All items are shipped through UPS.
Do you ship internationally?

Created by Jazmyn does not ship internationally at the time being. However, this will be an addition coming soon.
Which carrier is the art work shipped?

All work is shipped through UPS. Tracking number will be sent via email once items have been shipped. Please allow 7-10 business days for items to ship.
Where can I find the dimensions for the artwork?

Click on the product. Look on the right hand side of the screen for PRODUCT INFO. PRODUCT INFO will include: Height, width, depth, color of edges, texture, finishing coat, medium, and more.
